Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Pebblebrook Haltom City Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

Pebblebrook Haltom City Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, sidewalks, decorative concrete, and repairs. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope. We require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon project completion unless other payment terms are agreed upon in writing.

Payment methods accepted include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances.

Project Timeline

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for damages resulting from project delays.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Workmanship warranties are provided in writing at the time of project completion. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made by others.

Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor cracks over time. Hairline cracks do not affect the structural integrity of the concrete and are not covered under warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring clear access to the work area. You must remove any obstacles, vehicles, or items that may interfere with our work.

You agree to mark any underground utilities before we begin excavation. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.

Liability and Insurance

Pebblebrook Haltom City Concrete carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property or damage caused by factors outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or postpone your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All change orders must be approved in writing.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
